The application enables an organization to efficiently develop and maintain up-to-date continuity plans. It works as effectively across multiple sites with several employees as it does in a single office environment.
- Plans have a simple to follow structure containing list of tasks. For each task, the responsible roles to conduct the task and the resources required are also specified.
- Attach reference documents or URLs to plans. Any existing SOPs or recovery procedures in the form of word or PDF formats can be incorporated in a plan.
- Identify plan-triggers and RTO (Recovery Time Objectives)
- Features distributed responsibility for ownership and use of plans. For each plan, the plan owner and plan holders are defined.
- The Centralized plan library with document versioning greatly increases the accessibility of your plans. Plans that are published become visible in the plan library. Multiple revisions of the same plan are also archived with their respective version numbers. The plan library acts as a document management system for the Recovery Plans.
- Follows a well defined workflow for plan creation starting with the creation of the first draft, plan approvals and revisions and ending with the final version being published to the plan library.
